Refunds and cancellations

We want you to be happy with onebit. This policy explains when refunds are available and how they are calculated.
Eligibility
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
- Refund requests must be made by the account owner.
- Refunds apply only to the original payment method.
How Refunds Are Calculated
Refunds may be reduced by non-refundable payment processing fees. Taxes are refunded when required by law or when the payment processor reverses tax charges. Refund processing fees may apply.
Processing Time
Refunds are initiated immediately after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
